1. Return Eligibility

- Vintage Products: Due to the nature of vintage stamps and envelopes, returns will only be accepted for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items that are not defective, or for reasons unrelated to quality or errors on our part, may not be eligible for a return.
- Return Timeframe: You must initiate your return within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or altered in any way.
- Items without original packaging or tags.

3. How to Return an Item

- Package the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, along with any accessories, documentation, or parts that came with it.
- Return Shipping: Please send the item back to us using the return shipping instructions we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- If the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

For customers outside of India and the United States, please note that you are responsible for any return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with returning a product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
